Welcome to FullGlass.io (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) and FullGlass Ltd. (“FullGlass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website, platform, and LinkedIn automation software (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using FullGlass, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using FullGlass, you confirm you meet these criteria.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Maintain and update your information
Keep your login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse or violations of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
FullGlass owns or licenses all content, software, code, design, and branding on the platform. This includes text, graphics, logos, software, and user interface elements.
You’re granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or business use. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform’s source code
Use our branding or trademarks without written consent
5. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized scripts
Share or resell your login
Upload harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the performance or security of the Service
Use FullGlass in a way that conflicts with LinkedIn’s terms of service
We may suspend or ban your access if you misuse the platform.
6. Fees, Subscriptions & Billing
Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. When you purchase a plan, you agree to:
Provide valid payment information
Authorize us (or our payment provider, FastSpring) to charge your card or payment method
Pay applicable fees and taxes
All pricing is in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time:
Via your dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription
Or by emailing us at hello@fullglass.io
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Refunds:
Monthly plans: Non-refundable
Annual plans: Eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of payment
Add-ons and one-time services: Non-refundable
If you’re unhappy for any reason, contact us—we’ll try to help.
7. Free Trials
We may offer free trials to new users. After the trial period, access to premium features will end unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
We reserve the right to revoke or limit trials at our discretion.
8. Platform Availability
We aim to provide 24/7 access but do not guarantee uptime. We may interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades, or issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
FullGlass may integrate with third-party services, including LinkedIn and billing providers like FastSpring. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platforms.
Use of LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn’s own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn™.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
FullGlass is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make guarantees about:
Platform availability
Compatibility with LinkedIn or other services
Bug-free performance
Outcomes from using our automation tools
Use the Service at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullGlass is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Service interruptions or access issues
Platform errors, bugs, or third-party failures
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before any claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FullGlass from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or permanently deactivate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and FullGlass regarding your use of the Service.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be severed, and the remainder will remain in effect.
